Sometimes it takes a while to figure out who and what you really need depending on where you are at any given time, and where you’re going. I’ve found this to be particularly true once I became an entrepreneur and launched Change Agent Communications a little over a year ago.
What I need right now and unequivocally, is an Executive Administrative Assistant. Someone who really gets me, and isn’t afraid to get into the nuances of my brain, earn enough of my respect to challenge me effectively, and help me take Change Agent to all the great places it’s on the path of going.
I’d like to thank a few people in my circle who have tried to tell me this for a while, and didn’t say ‘I told you so,’ when I told all three of them yesterday, that I was going to do this. Yes, I decided yesterday, less than 24-hours ago, and created a position today.
I have attached the full posting below, just underneath a few opening paragraphs. If you know anyone who might make a good fit, PLEASE feel free to pass this along.
